Project Meth

What helps gay/bisexual men reduce their substance use?
Project Meth is an intervention designed to help gay and bisexual men reduce their use of Crystal Methamphetamine (meth). Meth use has a significant negative impact on physical health and it is strongly associated with HIV-infection, in part because it is associated with high-risk sexual behaviors. Project Meth is an 8-session intervention in which participants receive counseling and/or education focused on reducing substance use, while also considering options for reducing other associated risk behaviors.
Participants will be compensated for an initial assessment and subsequent follow up.
